How to Request Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Silinry™ account.

What Will Be Deleted

We will delete your account data, including favorites, custom mixes, listening statistics, and app preferences associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, security, or payment platform records.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification.
